This role ensures smooth transitions during technology upgrades, helps drive the maturity of business-critical applications, and supports business continuity through disaster recovery and resilience planning. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing change initiatives, overseeing the lifecycle of applications, and ensuring operational resilience in a high-paced, technology-driven financial environment. This person will need to lead development and improvement of Policy for Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery. Alignment with business priorities will be the focus, and this Change Manager will need to develop, implement, and test disaster recovery plans and manage regular business continuity exercises. Compliance and documentation of all disaster recovery procedures will be paramount.
