C# Developer – Infrastructure and Support

(Windows & Virtualisation division)

A leading global financial services firm (UK headquarters) is seeking a 3-5 years experienced C# Developer to join their Infrastructure and Support division. This team is pivotal in creating bespoke software solutions to enhance desktop applications and support the company's virtualisation infrastructure. With a focus on developing innovative systems for an agile and dynamic business, this role offers the opportunity to work on both new projects and the enhancement of existing, world-class products.

As part of the Service Team, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge tools and applications that support the organisation’s mission to deliver exceptional brokerage and financial solutions across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Build custom front-end widgets and software solutions using C# .Net Core. Collaborate within a Support/Infrastructure team, specialising in Windows and virtualisation technologies. Work with Active Directory and a suite of Microsoft technologies, including Office 365 and Azure. Implement and optimise software using GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and SQL databases. Adhere to Object-Oriented (OO) principles and SOLID methodologies. Design and develop solutions using SPA, MVC, REST, or SOA architectural patterns.
