Calling all guitarists!

ncounter is a small, independent charity committed to bringing good news to every aspect of young people’s lives, focusing on performing arts and outreach.  Over the past 3 years our performers have reached over 33,000 young people, mainly in secondary schools, and hundreds have responded to their passion for Jesus.  Now we want to develop a whole new band to take our work to the next level.

You'll get involved in schools work and youth events across the area and beyond, helping with everything from songwriting and recording to performing and sharing your faith and life with young people 

If you are 18-26 years old, seriously committed to using your gifts to produce top quality music (live and recorded), and combine this with a desire to communicate your passion for God to a new generation, we want to hear from you.  Starting salary will be in the range £10-13,000p.a.
