Our mission is: Working in partnership with local organisations, including churches, we aim to bring good news to every aspect of young people’s lives, using media relevant to popular culture.  we help We help all sorts of young people from all sorts of backgrounds and with all sorts of beliefs.

In practice this means we are aiming to deliver three key outcomes, each of which has specific programmes associated with it;

ncounter's mission partnersWorking in ncounter means we are all signed up to work and live by our values: to be Jesus–centred (prayerful, loving, sowing generously, building faith) Honest (open to others, sharing, communicating) Valuing every individual (people not programmes, inclusive, building people up) Professional (creative, cutting edge, prophetic).

To make it happen, we support a full time band working in secondary schools across the region, work in local partnerships with churches and other organisations, work with secondary schools and at our dedicated dance studio to help young people to reach their potential through performing arts, and provide events, concerts and activities for young people.  We also provide resources such as the imagebank.
